Cube Infrastructure Fund is a €1.08 billion Luxembourg-based European brownfield fund closed in 2010 which partners with industrial champions and management teams. It selects specific infrastructure markets offering sustainable growth potential principally driven by deregulation and/or market consolidation needed to improve the efficiency of infrastructure & public services. Cube takes control or co-control positions in mid-caps with highly competitive runner-up positions and develops their potential through organic growth and synergetic add-on investments.

The fund is populated by 23 limited partners from France, Europe and North America. Cube Infrastructure Managers is the general partner of the Cube Infrastructure Fund. In December 2015, the management team completed the management buy-out of Cube Infrastructure Managers, and the manager is now fully independent.
