Andrew Marsden is a Managing Director at GE Capital in its division responsible for making investments in the energy sector, GE Energy Financial Services (“EFS”), based at EFS’s international headquarters in London.  In this role, Andrew has been responsible for originating, structuring and managing investments across the energy spectrum in Europe, MENAT and Latin America. 

Andrew has worked in the infrastructure sector for nearly 30 years.  He joined GE in 2004 to head up EFS’s activities in Europe.  Prior to this, he held a number of private equity and M&A positions, focused on energy and infrastructure.  He was a Partner at AMP Henderson Private Capital where he was Head of Infrastructure, Europe; Head of Principal Investments at Enron Europe; and an investment banker at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson where he worked on energy M&A and ECM transactions.
